Delivery
Shoes are dispatched on receipt of your kind order (if in stock), otherwise within 3 to 5 days. On rare occasions, if both the manufacturers and ourselves are out of stock, we will advise you accordingly of the expected date.
You will be sent a non-automated email confirming your order and expected delivery date. This is usually sent within 24 hours. Recorded delivery is used for all orders.

For orders outside the EEC VAT exemption applies - resulting in a 17.5% reduction in the advertised prices.
Returns Policy
It is our intention to offer a problem-free mailing service that customers will use on a regular basis. Our reputation depends on our level of service and customer satisfaction.
All items are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch and should reach you undamaged and ready for use.
In the unlikely event that items are received faulty or damaged, then a total refund (including return shipping) is given.
Should you find the goods unsuitable (wrong size or colour for example), a full refund will be offered. However, you will be obliged to pay the cost of the return shipping. We will endeavour to advise and hopefully provide you with a suitable replacement - and would share the outward shipping cost on the replacement pair.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 recommended a return period of 7 working days, within which the consumer can return their goods without giving a reason, we would like to confirm that we offer the consumer the right to return their goods within 30 days.
None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Complaints
